Who We Are
Ellaʼs Restaurant of Lowell was opened in 2009 by Ella and her husband Randall. Local, sustainable and homemade coffee, cuisine and catering is the foundation Ellaʼs culinary delights stem from with 90 - 95% of the items on the menu created from locally sourced Michigan products.
Ella's onsite bakery offers delicious sweets, treats and homemade breads. New creations are baked daily incorporating in season and local items. Homemade breads may be purchased daily, with gluten free bread available for order each Thursday. Delicious gluten free bread is also available for sandwiches daily.
From the house made spiced hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows, to the satisfying flavorful sandwiches, Ellaʼs extensive and diverse culinary experience shows. Ella trained at GRCC, graduated from Florida Culinary in West Palm Beach, worked at Morton Steak House at West Palm Beach, and was a sous chef in Oregon for a boutique French restaurant before returning to Lowell and opening her own restaurant.
